As 2024 unfolds, I’m excited to share the goals that will guide my year. These goals reflect my dedication to personal growth, family time, and pursuing my passions. Here’s what I’m aiming for this year:
My Goals for 2024
Fitness Goals
- Run 1 mile every day – to develop running consistency
- Run a 100k race in October 2024
- Run 1 Mile, Every Hour, for 24 Hours
Family Goals
- Spend at least 1 dedicated hour per weekend playing with my boys
- Dedicate more one-on-one time with each of my kids, focusing on their interests.
Personal Growth Goals
- Spend 1000 Hours outside
- Volunteer as the Cubmaster for my local Cub Scout Pack
- Improve the DadJogger blog by posting at least 1x per week
Professional Growth Goals
- Enhance my professional network on LinkedIn by improving my follower count to at least 1000.
Why These Goals Matter
