Training Plan Generator

Why I Built This Training Plan Generator

Most training plans out there fall into two categories:
– A generic PDF that assumes everyone trains the same way
– Or a detailed plan buried in a 10-minute video or complicated article
– Or some AI based plan pulling information from one of the two things above

But here’s the truth: not every runner starts from the same place.
Some of us are building up from 5 miles a week. Others just ran a 10-miler last weekend. Some want to finish their first half, while others are chasing a new PR.

I built this tool to bridge that gap. It’s a simple, flexible training plan generator that adjusts to you based on your experience, goals, and available time.

The Other Reason: Because I love trying new things, coding, website, coaching, running, etc. So I though, I like data, I’m a decent coach to myself and my wife, at least for now, why not work on implementing some of it into a generator.

Give me your feedback! I want to hear what is working and what isn’t to improve this further.
